I misentered information and got rejected!

If you receive a rejection notice immediately after submitting your application, it may be because you entered information that doesn't align with our requirements. For example, you may not have entered every checkbox under Technology Requirements, or you may have indicated that you don't have a Social Security Number. 

If this happens because of information you entered incorrectly, please contact support@crisistextline.org and request an edit to your application.
