Can I log in without my phone?

For security reasons, it is required that you have access to the phone that's in our system each time you log in*, in order to receive an authentication code. There is no other way to receive the code. If your phone breaks, we recommend you either email support@crisistextline.org with an alternate phone number, or take time off from the platform.

*If you check "Remember my computer," you will not need your phone to log in for the next eight days.
