I can’t get on the Platform to take my shift.

You likely aren’t marked “Platform-Ready” yet (you can see that on your “Grades” page in Canvas).

If you’ve completed all activities in training, you can expect to see the Platform in Home within 24 hours. If you still can’t see the Platform Room after 24 hours, email your Coach and they’ll get you set up. If you’re not “Platform-Ready,” you’re not yet responsible for your shift.  

Once you graduate from training, you'll see the Platform Room appear when you login to Further information can be found in the email you'll receive upon graduating, with the subject line, "Congratulations, Crisis Counselor!”
