It’s my first shift and I can’t access the Platform. What do I do?

You likely aren’t marked “Platform-Ready” yet (you can see that on your “Grades” page in Canvas).

If you’ve completed all activities in training, you can expect to see the Platform in HOME within 24 hours. If you still can’t see the Platform Room after 24 hours, email your Coach and they’ll set you up. If you’re not “Platform-Ready,” you’re not yet responsible for your shift.  

Once you graduate from training, you'll see the Platform Room appear when you log in to Further information can be found in the email you'll receive upon graduating, with the subject line, "Congratulations, Crisis Counselor!”
