For security reasons, you are required to access HOME using a two-factor login. You can do this via text message or the Google Authenticator app. If you decide to verify your login via text message, you must have access to the phone number that you used to set up your authentication. Outside of these options, there is no other way to receive the code. If you are having issues with your phone or the app, we recommend you email [email protected] with an alternate phone number to request a two-factor authentication reset.
If you can’t login for your shift because you’re waiting for a two-factor authentication reset, don’t worry about your shift for now. Email [email protected], and we’ll be in touch with you when you’re all set.
