What makes a good application?

Because our training is so extensive, we don't expect applicants to know everything or to have experience in counseling. Applicants who show a willingness to learn, a genuine interest in helping others, a universally high regard for our texters, and an ability to meet the expected time commitment are likely to be accepted.
