How do I know if my application is complete?

Check your application status by visiting CTL Home at home.crisistextline.org, select Submit Application, and checking your Application Dashboard. When the status of your application is Application Under Review, it indicates you have completed all the necessary portions of the application for our team's review.

You will also receive an email from us to confirm that your application has been submitted. If you have not received an email, please check your spam or junk folder.
