In order to access Training and the Platform, you must have:
- A laptop and/or desktop computer
- A private, reliable internet connection
Most laptops or desktop computers meet our suggested requirements. These are:
- Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor
- RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) for 32-bit or 2 gigabyte (GB) for 64-bit
- Display: At least 800X600
- NOTE: We recommend using using the latest versions of Chrome for the best Platform experience.
We're not currently able to support the following:
- Offline training. All work must be done while connected to the internet.
- Mobile phones (e.g. iPhone, Android, Windows)
- Tablets (e.g. iPad, Samsung Galaxy, Amazon Fire)
