If you are having a technical problem or there is an error while on the Platform, you can submit a bug report to let us know! There are two ways to do this, one via the Platform and one via the Help Center:
Report a bug using the Platform - this is slightly preferable, as some info (such as the browser & operating system) is automatically captured in the report, which is very useful for our team when troubleshooting!
- Go to the "Talk to Us" button on the top-right of the heading of the Platform
- Select "Report a bug"
- Fill out the required fields & submit!
Report a bug using the Help Center - this option is helpful if you have attachments, like a screenshot, to share with our tech team.
- Go to the Help Center home screen
- Select "Still can't find what you need?" "Submit a request"
- Select "Bug report" from the dropdown menu
- Fill out the required fields & submit!
