If you notice, or a Texter reports, that the Resource link provided is not working, please submit a bug report using the "Talk to Us" feature on the Platform. Our team will look into it and either get the link updated or remove the Resource if it is no longer active.
From time to time, there can be issues with our shortened Bitly links if Bitly is experiencing a temporary outage. These outages should be brief, so you can try again, or advise your Texter to try again, in a few minutes.
We know that can be frustrating or scary when working with a Texter in real-time, so thank you for your patience in those cases!
