These are preloaded messages on the Platform that you can edit and use in conversations. You can also make your own example messages, if you have a go-to check-in message, or a way of asking a Texter for their goal, that sounds more like you. Example messages are especially helpful when taking multiple conversations.
Example messages can be accessed within the chat window or the Example Messages tab on the Platform. However, you can only update Example Messages on the Platform tab, not within the chat window.
