Email verification is required to ensure that you entered your email address correctly when you created an account to submit your application. After creating your account, you’ll receive a welcome email that asks you to verify your email address.
In order to locate the email in your inbox:
- Subject: Welcome! Please Verify Your Email Address to Unlock More
- Sender: support@crisistextline.org
If you submitted your application but have not yet verified your email address, you’ll receive an additional email with a reminder to verify, and you may also see a yellow box on your Dashboard asking you to verify your email address.
If you get an error message when you try to verify your email address, log back into CTL Home and check to see if the yellow box with text asking you to verify your email address is still there. If it’s not, you’re all set, your email is verified! If you’re still seeing it, please submit a request, and we'll send you a new verification email.
