It's important to ensure the reliability of your technology, to ensure you're able to complete training and take conversations on the platform without interruption. In order to access Training and the Platform, you must have:
- A laptop and/or desktop computer
- A private, reliable internet connection
Most laptops or desktop computers meet our suggested requirements. These are:
- Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor
- RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) for 32-bit or 2 gigabyte (GB) for 64-bit
- Display: At least 800X600
- NOTE: We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome for the best Platform experience.
We're not currently able to support the following:
- Offline training. All work must be done while connected to the internet.
- Mobile phones (e.g. iPhone, Android, Windows)
- Tablets (e.g. iPad, Samsung Galaxy, Amazon Fire)
